Am I booking directly with Bella?

Yes. You send your request directly to Bella Property Management, and our team handles the next steps with you.

When do I pay?

No payment is collected on this page. Bella will confirm the payment schedule and payment method before you pay. Your booking remains a request until confirmed by the team.

What does the displayed price include?

The stay quote includes accommodation and the cleaning charge shown. Selected extras are added to the total. A €50 late check-in fee applies after 21:00 by prior arrangement. Ask Bella to confirm any applicable security deposit and special requests before paying.

Can I cancel my stay?

Cancellation and refund terms need to be confirmed by Bella for your stay before you pay. Please ask the team for the written terms before committing.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Check-in is 15:00–21:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Late arrivals require prior agreement and carry a €50 fee.
