Request data deletion

To request deletion of information held by the Bella Property Platform or its WhatsApp integration, email info@bella-property.com with the subject “Bella platform data deletion request”.

1. Provide the email address used for your Bella account or the phone number used for your WhatsApp conversation.
2. Tell us whether you want to close your portal account, remove conversation records, or delete other specified information.
3. Bella will check your identity and confirm which records can be deleted. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents unless Bella specifically requests an appropriate verification method.

What happens next

Requests are normally answered within one month, subject to extensions permitted by law. Some booking, invoice or other records may need to be retained for legal obligations, outstanding transactions or claims. Bella will explain any applicable exception and the outcome of your request.

Removing data from Bella does not automatically remove copies held independently by Meta, booking platforms or other parties. You may need to contact those services separately.
